When you sign up for the Emerging Leaders Program, you will receive a personal email from me, Walter Dusseldorp, to set up your first coaching session. The monthly sessions are arranged around your schedule so you can pursue career development at your pace.

At the end of our first coaching call together, we will arrange the date and time for our next session. This practice is one way I will work with you as your accountability partner and keep you on track toward your career goals.
