Executive Biography

Walter Dusseldorp is a highly accomplished Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 15 years of success in operations, healthcare, emergency services management, and hospital-related industries. Combining his extensive executive management experience and Six Sigma expertise, Walter is a top-valued asset for any companies seeking to build winning teams, and implement efficient operational management programs. His areas of expertise include cross-functional team building and leadership, operations management, executive coaching, process improvement, and strategic planning. 

Walter currently serves as Senior Director Patient Services Quest Diagnostics East Region responsible for over 2K team members across five states with a book of business in excess of 500M.  Walter is also the CEO of Dusseldorp & Associates, Inc., where he leverages his expertise to build strong operational structures based on the empowerment of individuals, teams, and organizations through his "Positude Leadership" model of operations. Additionally, Walter is a Paramedic at Rockland Paramedic Services, where he is a Primary Responder to all 911 calls in Clarkstown. 

Walter holds a B.S. in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College, an MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Juran Institute. As a Thought Leader, Walter has authored numerous leadership and management opinion pieces, as well as several other handbooks and publications. For his excellence, he has been distinguished with the Rockland Business Association’s 40 Under 40 Award, a Paramedic Service Medal of Honor, and numerous additional awards and distinctions. More recently, he won the 2017 Leader to Leader Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives and the 2017 Senior Executive Healthcare Regents Award due to his work at NYC Health + Hospital/Jacobi.

Walter is Board Certified in Healthcare Administration and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), the President of the Hudson Valley Paramedic Advisory Board, and past Den leader at his local Boy Scouts club.


In March of 2020, Walter joined Pace University Lubin School of Business Transformative Leadership in role as an Advisory Board Member, Adhoc Presenter/Speaker.
